Consumer electronics giant HTC today launched its latest Android-based smartphone handset in Australia – the Aria -exclusive distribution through Optus starting from mid-October. This phone has all the features like:

1. The phone isn’t as selected as the top-end HTC Desire which launched earlier this year through Telstra, but does sport a 3.2 inch HVGA display at the same size as another HTC handset, the Legend, which is being sold by VHA brands Vodafone and 3.

2. The Aria weighs 115g with battery and has dimensions of 103.8 x 57.7 x 11.7 mm, respectively, meaning it is lighter and a shade smaller than the Legend at 126g and 112 x 56.3 x 11.5.
